Membership has its privileges, responsibilities
Every member of Beit Tikvah brings to the congregation individual interests, talents, wishes--all making our community special and unique. The participation of every member is vital if we are going to sustain the programs we have developed and reach new heights of spirituality, community service, and personal growth. And nothing supports the congregation's membership drive better than our congregant's presence at services and events, which emphasize the Jewish values of learning (Torah), spirituality (avodah), personal acts of kindness (gemilut chasadim), sustaining the congregational community (kehillah) helping others meet basic, human needs (tzedakah) and repairing the world (tikkun olam).
